Winter Is Coming May 02 2015

As a lot of Capetonians know the summer season is over. The South East wind has "Chilled Out" and with the frequent winter storms we get periods of North West wind which keeps the water water in False Bay clean and blue.

This makes Cape Town a year round diving destination as we have the Atlantic Seaboard in summer and False Bay in the winter.

We have decided to move our RIB boat over to False Bay to take full advantage of the upcoming dive conditions and the variety of dive sites in the Bay. We will still be doing the Sevengill Cow Shark dive as a shore entry due to the scars and injuries we have noticed on most of our Legendary prehistoric kelp residents.

With the boat in the Bay we have the opportunity to explore loads of prehistoric wrecks (Smits Winkel Bay), Cape Fur Seal dives and some beautiful reefs which cant be done diving from shore.

Our 8.5m Gemini Rib Boat has recently been fitted out with a new dive rack and is licensed to carry 12 passengers excluding crew and is equipped with 2x 200hp Yamaha four stroke outboard engines.

Our dives are still kept to a maximum of 8 divers and 2 dive guides to maximise your diving experience and increase comfortability.

The boat will be in full action by the 1 June 2015, so watch this space for your next Adrenalised experience in Cape Town this winter.
